3.MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING held on 14th March 2016 were agreed as a true representation of meetings

- COUNTY/DISTRICT COUNCILLORS, COMMUNITY POLICING, LOCAL ORGANISATIONS, CLUBS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES -– REPORTS / INFORMATION.
Police – No report
- Stone (County Councillor) – No report
- Kemp (District Councillor) – Await information on devolution proposals. Flooding at Hall Farm Corner needs to be reported to NCC
Village hall. Abandoned car still needs to be removed before work can be commenced
- MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF P.C. ASSETS
Items outstanding from last year’s inspection include protrusion of bolts on benches and edging of the toddler area.
This year’s inspection will occur mid June
Community composting group needed new bags which Clerk purchased (included on cheque list)
- HIGHWAY/TRAFFIC CALMING/FOOTPATH MATTE
There is a Rangers visit in the near future. Clerk has asked for verge to be strimmed to left of Hampton Ave and the banks/verges around car park to be attended to.
Clerk has received complaint from resident re overgrowth of hedging on Mill Lane and pathway from top of Links Way through to amenity area. Mill Lane in hand and letter to Resident if inspection of pathway warrants.
Litter pick this year went well. We have not had any communication regarding the draw.

Revised application 2016/0849 from Oliver Rushmere on Low Rd considered. Approved.
- CHEQUES
CAN Subscription £20.00
- Cook Planters and Community Composting £217.84
- K. Youngman Internal Audit £40.00
Proposed by M. Ball and seconded by P. Jackson that payments be authorised. Clerk given permission to arrange second signatory outside of meeting.
£900.28 re-cycling credits received from community composting project for last year. In a previously circulated e-mail Emma suggested a donation to a school outdoor project from these funds. A donation of £100 was proposed subject to further information about project.
- PARISH PLAN
Questionnaires included in the November Newsletter and reminders in February newsletter resulted in grand total of 19 completed questionnaires returned. For the sake of the exercise the Clerk analysed the results and e-mailed Councillors a summary.
- COMMUNICATION

Articles for July/August newsletter to include fete report and suggestion that residents keep their hedges trimmed. Update on Car Park, shop and the end of the Wednesday morning Village Hall food and drink get together.
- GENERAL DISCUSSION
Broadband connections and public rights of way suggested as future agenda items.
