To consider progress of items arising from this year’s annual play area inspection to include progression of repairs to surfacing of toddler area and paths around ball park when funds available Await contractor to progress painting of Toddler Area fencing

To report on installation of benches to amenity area at top of Links Way
To progress removal of telephone box.
- HIGHWAYS/ TRAFFIC CALMING/FOOTPATH MATTERS

To consider planning application 2017/2726 Addition of driveway, new vehicular access, 2 Bay timber framed cart lodge, removal of section of boundary wall and erection of a 5-bar gate and posts. Mr Mark Ford The Old White House, Low Rd Thurlton.
To consider planning application 2017/2698 which relates to removal of section of boundary wall and erection of 5 bar gate and refers to 2017/2726 above.
