Members are invited to declare personal or prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. It is a requirement of the Parish Councils (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2007 s8 that declarations from a member include the nature of the interest and whether it is personal or pecuniary.

  1. MINUTES OF  THE PREVIOUS  MEETING

To agree that the minutes are a true representation of the meeting or to agree modification as necessary.

  1. COUNTY/DISTRICT COUNCILLORS, COMMUNITY POLICING, LOCAL ORGANISATIONS, CLUBS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES -– REPORTS / INFORMATION.

To receive update on car park resurfacing.

  1. MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF P.C. ASSETS

To consider outstanding items arising from this years annual play area inspection..

To consider progress of proposals to increase capacity of the Community Composting Area

  1. HIGHWAY/TRAFFIC CALMING/FOOTPATH MATTERS

To consider any outstanding Highway/Footpath matters

To consider response for  PC requests to highways for 20mph restrictions on Church Rd, double yellow lines at junction of Beccles Rd and Church Rd and extension of 30mph restrictions from Hall Farm corner to the junction of Hales/Haddiscoe Rd.

New grit bin has been installed at top of slope by the Queens Head. NCC are not willing to fill this bin as it is on a private road.

To progress PC involvement in a litter pick this year

  1. PLANNING

To receive update on current planning applications and local plan hearings.

To  discuss planning approval for 27 properties on Beccles Road (2014/2222)

  1. CHEQUES /FINANCE

To authorise cheque payments

 

       9 PARISH PLAN

To review Parish Plan following questionaire responses

  1. COMMUNICATION

            To consider communications received other than that on circulation.

To consider involvement in fete planned to celebrate Queen’s 90th Birthday. Celebratory coin offer received.

To consider articles for April newsletter.

 

  1. GENERAL DISCUSSION

          To discuss items for possible inclusion on a future agenda

           

  1. DATE OF NEXT MEETING

           

THE CHAIRPERSON WILL OPEN THE MEETING FOR A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES (At the discretion of the Chairperson) FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO EXPRESS A VIEW ON AGENDA ITEMS AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME(S). THE PUBLIC ARE WELCOME TO STAY AND OBSERVE THE REST OF THE MEETING.
