  1. TO RECEIVE APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
  2. TO RECEIVE DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Members are invited to declare personal or prejudicial interests in items on the agenda. It is a requirement of the Parish Councils (Model Code of Conduct) Order 2007 s8 that declarations from a member include the nature of the interest and whether it is personal or pecuniary.

  1. MINUTES OF  THE PREVIOUS  MEETING

To agree that the minutes are a true representation of the meeting or to agree modification as necessary.

  1. COUNTY/DISTRICT COUNCILLORS, COMMUNITY POLICING,    LOCAL ORGANISATIONS, CLUBS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES -– REPORTS / INFORMATION.

To receive reports

To receive update on grant applications and fund raising for car park resurfacing.

To consider  co-option of Councillor.

  1. MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF P.C. ASSETS

To receive update on play area renovation etc.  To include current situation regarding gym equipment and access paths.

To arrange working party.

  1. HIGHWAY/TRAFFIC CALMING/FOOTPATH MATTERS

To consider any outstanding Highway/Footpath matters.

To consider the Parish Partnership Scheme for local highway improvements and joint purchase of  speed  awareness equipment.

To consider suggestion from Bowls Club for the placement of amenity directional sign.

To consider complaint regarding  overgrowth of hedge on access path at top of Links Way to amenity area.

  1. PLANNING

To receive update on current  planning applications and local plan hearings.

To consider revised Planning Application for 27 properties on Beccles Road

  1. CHEQUES /FINANCE

To authorise cheque payments

    

  1.  PARISH PLAN

To review Parish Plan.

  1. COMMUNICATION

           

To consider communications received other than that on circulation.

To discuss articles for next newsletter

  1. GENERAL DISCUSSION

            To discuss items for possible inclusion on a future agenda

THE CHAIRPERSON WILL OPEN THE MEETING FOR A PERIOD OF APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES (At the discretion of the Chairperson) FOR MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO EXPRESS A VIEW ON AGENDA ITEMS AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME(S). THE PUBLIC ARE WELCOME TO STAY AND OBSERVE THE REST OF THE MEETING.
